    What is included in rent?

    Rental rates include trash & recycling and Internet services, bike storage, and use of the fitness center. There is a $25 per person monthly fee for water/sewer. Electric services are metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident. The resident is responsible for  TV services.

  • Pet Policy

    Are you pet friendly?

    We allow cats only. All cats on premises must be recorded on a residential lease.


    Do you require an additional deposit for pet-residents?

    There is a $50 per cat monthly fee.


    Do you limit the number of pets per unit?

    We allow two cats per unit.


  • Parking

    What parking is available?

    Monthly parking permits are available and enforced by the City of Eau Claire based upon availability.

  • Reserving a Unit

    Do you offer month-to-month leasing?

    No, we offer a standard 12-month lease term.


    Do you require Renters Insurance?

    Residents will be automatically enrolled in a Property Damage Liability Waiver Program for $14 per month unless they take steps to opt-out by providing their own coverage. Personal Property Insurance and Liability insurance with a minimum policy coverage of $100,000 is required.


    Do you have an elevator?

    The elevator is located in the residential lobby. It provides access to each residential floor.


    Is the building secure?

    Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked with the tenant key fob.
